At Triad Osteopathic Consultations, my mission is to provide personalized, functional, integrative healthcare tailored to each patient's needs. I focus on treating the whole person, promoting wellness and preventing illness through Osteopathic principles developed by the founder of Osteopathy, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still D.O.

About Dr. Alan Schenne, D.O.

At Triad Osteopathic Consultations, PLLC, I strive to provide the best osteopathic care to my patients, utilizing a holistic approach to healing, considering every aspect of your health and wellbeing. I spend the time to get to know you as a human being, not just a collection of ailments!

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, I began my fascination with human biology, chemistry and anatomy at an early age- working as a Hospital Volunteer, Lifeguard, EMT and Pharmacy Technician before college. I was educated at the University of Washington for my undergraduate degree in Anthropology, focusing my studies on Ethnobotany and Shamanism. In 1992, I attended Des Moines University for my Osteopathic Medical Education (Doctor of Osteopathy-D.O.) and then on to Detroit, MI to perform my Internship and Residency in Family Practice at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital. I then completed an additional Fellowship year in Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine (OMM/NMM) under the mentorship of Dr. T. Reid Kavieff, D.O at Botsford General Hospital. I have worked 29 years as an employed Family Practice doctor, but have decided to follow my intuition that our fractured Modern Healthcare, Insurance and Pharmaceutical Companies are not the best models to help patients advocate for their wellness.

I offer a range of services at Triad Osteopathic Consultations, PLLC, including -Complex chronic disease management, osteopathic manipulation, functional medicine consults, medical acupuncture, metabolic evaluations, musculoskeletal injections, human biome management and repair, lifestyle modifications, medical weight loss and nutritional counseling.

My goal is to find the treatment plan that works best for you and your unique needs. Once we identify your goals, we will chart a course of treatment.

I can see you at my home office or come to your location as well - extra $50 travel fee.

Dr. Schenne does not participate in Insurance, but can provide you with a detailed statement of services for you to obtain reimbursement yourself.

Fee Schedule for Services:

Initial Osteopathic Medical Consultation

First appointment with Dr. Alan Schenne DO to establish care, review pertinent history, tests, results and concerns. Basic Exam and possible treatment- one time fee.

Cost - $400.00 - 2hrs

Osteopathic Medical Visit - Follow-up

Medical visits to review progress, discuss treatment options and plan for future care. - 30min to 60min

Cost - $60.00 for 30min & $120.00 for 60 min

Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment - OMT

Appointment for hands-on Osteopathic Manipulation and ability to discuss medical concerns/plan. 30-60min

Cost - $75.00 for 1-3 Body regions (30Min) & $150 for 4-10 Body regions (60min)

Medical Acupuncture

A full body Acupuncture assessment and treatment, with cupping or gua sha if needed - 60min to 90 min

Cost - $150.00 for 60min & $200.00 for 90 min.

Musculoskeletal Injections -

Trigger Point Injections - 30 min - $10 per muscle

Joint Injections - 30 min - $50 per joint

Autologous Blood Injection (ABI) - $200 per site

Sliding Scale Discount for those Making less than $40,000 per year
